FCM provides specialist services via FCM Consulting and FCM Meetings & Events. * Lead the end-to-end technical design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions. * Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers on coding standards, best practices, and performance optimization. * Design scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Einstein Bots/Chatbots. * Design and implement complex business logic using Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, queueables, schedulables, and LWC components. * Review and optimize existing implementations for performance, maintainability, and scalability. * Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and architects to translate business requirements into robust technical designs. * Lead and participate in code reviews, unit testing, and UAT support to ensure high code quality. * Drive integration efforts using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Named Credentials, and Middleware tools. * Define and implement release management, CI/CD pipelines, and version control best practices (Git, Copado, or Gearset). * Maintain and enforce data security, governance, and compliance standards in Salesforce environments.
