Key Responsibilities. Functional Responsibilities. Work with business and marketing stakeholders to gather and document requirements. Translate marketing use cases into SFMC solutions (Journeys, Automations, Data Models). Design customer lifecycle journeys (welcome, nurture, transactional, re-engagement). Support campaign planning, execution, testing, and optimization. Ensure compliance with consent, opt-in, unsubscribe, and data privacy requirements. Technical Responsibilities. Configure and manage Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder, Contact Builder, Automation Studio. Build and optimize Journeys, Email Templates, WhatsApp and SMS Templates, Automations. Design data models using Contact Builder, Data Extensions, and relationships. Write and optimize SQL queries for segmentation and data transformations. Develop dynamic email content using AMPScript, SSJS, and HTML/CSS. Set up and monitor Automations (file drops, imports, query activities). Implement and support integration with Salesforce CRM / external systems via APIs or applicable connectors. Manage IP Warm-up, Send Classifications, Sender Profiles, and Publication Lists. Troubleshoot data, journey, and deliverability issues Candidates with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
