Key Responsibilities:. Manage and optimize Salesforce/HubSpot CRM, including fields, objects, flows, validations, permissions, and automations. Audit CRM and connected revenue systems for data issues, duplicates, outdated policies, and conflicting automations. Analyze business-rule and policy conflicts and document practical solutions. Maintain data accuracy, reporting, governance, and cross-system consistency. Work with integrated tools such as CPQ, Billing, Subscription Management, Ticketing, and Middleware. Perform data reconciliation using SQL, APIs, and system data models. Support CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, and system optimization. Document recommendations, system changes, and operational processes clearly. Required Skills:. 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce/HubSpot/Dynamics CRM experience. Strong CRM ownership and administration experience. Knowledge of revenue systems and SaaS operations. Experience with SQL, APIs, integrations, data reconciliation, and reporting. Strong analytical and operational judgment. Excellent written and verbal English communication. CRM certifications are a plus; strong practical experience is preferred.
