The candidate will lead technical design and implementation, guide development teams, ensure scalable and secure Salesforce solutions, and identify opportunities to use AI capabilities to improve business processes. Key responsibilities: Lead end\-to\-end Salesforce solution design, development and implementation. Provide technical leadership to developers and review solution designs, code quality and performance. Develop and oversee Apex classes, triggers, LWC, Flows and integration components. Establish development standards, deployment practices and technical documentation. Mentor developers, resolve complex technical issues and coordinate with business and architecture stakeholders. Support release planning, CI/CD, code reviews and production issue resolution. Experience leading technical delivery, conducting code reviews and mentoring developers. Ask for an actual AI implementation example, including the candidate's individual contribution. Assess technical decision\-making, integration design and ability to mentor developers.
