Salesforce Developer Site Tracker | Techno-Functional

SPA Enterprise is looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong techno-functional expertise to design, develop, customize, and support Salesforce solutions for the Site Tracker platform. Key Responsibilities. Develop, customize, maintain, and enhance Salesforce applications supporting Site Tracker business processes. Work across Salesforce configuration and development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and Flows. Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce technical and functional solutions. Design and develop custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows/Flows, approval processes, reports, dashboards, and security configurations. Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or other integration technologies. Troubleshoot application issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide production support and defect resolution. Collaborate with business users, product owners, architects, QA, and other technical teams throughout the SDLC. Participate in code reviews, unit testing, deployment activities, release management, and technical documentation. Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices, governor limits, security standards, and performance guidelines. Support data migration, data quality, deployment, and environment management activities as required. Mandatory Technical Skills. 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable/Future Apex, SOQL, and SOSL. Strong Lightning experience, particularly Lightning Web Components (LWC). Experience with Salesforce Flows and Salesforce configuration/customization. Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and governor limits. Experience with Salesforce integrations and REST/SOAP APIs. Hands-on experience with deployment tools such as Salesforce DX, VS Code, Git, Change Sets, or CI/CD pipelines. Good understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodology and SDLC. Techno-Functional Skills. Ability to understand business processes and convert functional requirements into technical solutions. Strong stakeholder communication and requirement-gathering skills. Ability to independently analyze issues and recommend practical Salesforce solutions. Experience preparing technical specifications, solution designs, test scenarios, and support documentation. Preferred / Good to Have. Salesforce Administrator and/or Platform Developer certification. Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or custom Salesforce applications. Experience with middleware/integration platforms such as MuleSoft or similar technologies. Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and Salesforce release management. Experience working with UK-based stakeholders or teams operating in UK time zones. Candidates with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
