About the Role Talemexa is seeking an experienced and motivated Salesforce Developer to customize, enhance, and maintain our Salesforce platform to support staffing and client management teams. In this role, you will develop custom business functionality using Apex, SOQL, Salesforce Flows, and Lightning components while integrating Salesforce with external systems and services. The ideal candidate will have 3–7 years of Salesforce development experience, a Salesforce Platform Developer certification, and strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, automation, and integration techniques. You should also be comfortable managing change requests, supporting deployments, maintaining sandbox environments, and collaborating with cross\-functional teams in an Agile development environment. Qualifications and Experience * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred. * 3–7 years of hands\-on Salesforce development experience. * Salesforce Platform Developer certification, such as Platform Developer I, is required. * Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce development fundamentals. * Practical experience developing Lightning Web Components and custom Salesforce functionality. * Experience designing and implementing Salesforce Flows and automation solutions. * Hands\-on experience with REST API integrations and external system connectivity. * Understanding of Salesforce security, governor limits, testing practices, and deployment processes. * Familiarity with sandbox management, change sets, Salesforce CLI, or other deployment tools. * Experience working in Agile development teams and collaborating with technical and business stakeholders. * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem\-solving skills.
