Job Title: Salesforce Developer Company: Ascendion Engineering Job Category: Salesforce Roles & Responsibilities: About the Role\\* We are seeking a Salesforce CRM Developer to design, develop, implement, and maintain scalable solutions across the Salesforce CRM platform. The role focuses on Salesforce application development, API integrations, customer data management, consent and email verification workflows, business process automation, and production support. The successful candidate will collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, business stakeholders, QA teams, integration teams, and external application teams to translate business requirements into secure, reliable, and maintainable technical solutions. Salesforce CRM Developer. \\Responsibilities\\* \- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Scheduled Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components, and Salesforce automation capabilities. \- Implement business logic, validation rules, exception handling, and reusable components using established Salesforce development patterns. \- Develop scheduled and batch processes for data processing, record management, data cleanup, and business automation. \- Manage and support Salesforce data models involving Contacts, Users, Accounts, Campaigns, Campaign Members, and Account Affiliations. \- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and aligned with Salesforce development best practices. \- Design, develop, test, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and internal or external applications. \- Develop and support REST and SOAP APIs for secure data exchange. \- Implement appropriate logging, exception handling, monitoring, and retry mechanisms to improve integration reliability. \- Support end\-to\-end integration testing and production issue resolution. \- Develop and support customer data management processes within Salesforce. \- Implement solutions to manage and synchronize customer profiles, consent, subscription preferences, and email verification information. \- Support business rules related to customer opt\-in and opt\-out preferences and communication eligibility. \- Strong understanding of secure, scalable, and maintainable development practices. \- Familiarity with data synchronization and data quality management. \- Exposure to integration testing and release support.
