Senior Salesforce Data Analyst/Business Analyst

This Senior Salesforce Data Analyst/Business Analyst role at Luxoft involves gathering and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders, creating Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and functional documentation, and performing data cleansing, validation, and synchronization activities. You will support business analysis for Salesforce initiatives and process improvements, configure Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) using out-of-the-box features, coordinate testing activities and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Daily responsibilities include collaborating with business and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery, providing business analysis and recommendations aligned with airline industry processes, and ensuring data quality through validation and synchronization efforts. The role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative, cross-functional team environment, contributing to end-to-end project delivery and continuous process improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate must have 3+ years of Salesforce Business Analyst experience with data cleansing and data synchronization skills. Excellent oral and written communication for requirement gathering, BRD creation, testing, and UAT coordination is required. Business acumen in Airlines industry and good background in Salesforce Community Cloud with out-of-box configuration is essential. Any graduate or postgraduate degree is acceptable. Prior experience working in global delivery models, along with exposure to Agile methodologies, will be considered an added advantage.
