Salesforce Data 360

This Salesforce Data 360 role at Talentrouters involves designing, building, and configuring Salesforce Data Cloud solutions to meet business and application requirements. You will build and manage Data Streams, Data Models, Segments, Activations, and Calculated Insights, and develop Data Cloud integrations with Salesforce applications. Daily responsibilities include performing testing, debugging, and issue resolution, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to technical discussions. The role requires strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360/CDP) with a minimum of 3 years of experience. The position offers opportunities across multiple locations including Coimbatore, Bengaluru, and Kolkata. The successful candidate will engage closely with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into robust, scalable solutions that support long-term organizational growth.

The ideal candidate must have 4-6 years of total experience with minimum 3+ years in Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360/CDP). Strong knowledge of Data Streams, Data Modeling, Integrations, Segments, Activations, and Calculated Insights is required. Good understanding of Salesforce Development, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and SQL is essential. Any graduate degree is acceptable. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive, solutions-oriented approach, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes within agreed timelines. A strong customer-first attitude and willingness to travel to client locations as needed will be an added advantage for this role.
