Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst Company: Cognizant Job Category: Salesforce Roles & Responsibilities: ### About the role As a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA), you will make an impact by working closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and support the successful delivery of Salesforce projects. In this role, you will:* Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and process flows. * Collaborate with developers and architects to support the delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions. * Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), testing activities, and production validation. * Coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams throughout the delivery lifecycle. * Support integration requirements, reporting, dashboards, and data analysis. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Toronto, Canada. * 5\+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst (BA/BSA). * 4\+ years of Salesforce experience, with the ability to work with business and technical teams on Salesforce initiatives. * Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, user stories, and process flows. * Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, including experience with JIRA and Confluence. * Strong stakeholder communication, coordination, analytical, and problem\-solving skills. * Salesforce certifications. * Banking or Financial Services domain experience. * Good understanding of integrations. * Experience with reporting, dashboards, and data analysis. The base salary for this position ranges between $65,000pa \- $95,000pa CAD. Where the successful candidate may fall within the range depends on relevant education, work and/or management experience and other business\-related and job\-necessary qualifications.
