Primary Job Responsibilities Digital Marketing \& Social Media Management * Platform Administration: Assist in managing company social media accounts and distributing IT\-focused content across Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu (XHS), and Google Ads. * Creative Strategy: Participate in group brainstorming sessions to develop fresh promotional campaign structures. * Multilingual Writing: Draft and refine compelling copy and captions in both English and Mandarin to reach varied audience demographics. * Market Intelligence: Conduct detailed research on infrastructure solutions and help draft formal technical business proposals. * Clerical Management: Oversee basic documentation, including file organization, rigorous data verification, and tracking company expenses. * Leadership Support: Execute specific assignments and follow detailed directions provided by the Business Development Manager.
