Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive Company: Park Hyatt Job Category: Digital Marketing Roles & Responsibilities: Organization\- Park Hyatt Dubai Summary The Digital Marketing Executive supports the development and execution of integrated digital marketing and communication strategies to strengthen brand positioning, enhance online visibility, drive guest engagement, and contribute to commercial performance. The role encompasses digital campaigns, content creation, social media, online reputation, website management, visual content production, public relations support, and performance analysis, while ensuring consistency with luxury brand standards across all digital touchpoints. Main Duties: * Assist in implementing, monitoring, and evaluating communication objectives across advertising, public relations, digital platforms, and marketing collateral. * Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and advertising activities across all relevant channels. * Create, edit, and proofread engaging copy and promotional content for digital platforms, campaigns, and marketing materials. * Work closely with the Graphic Designer to develop hotel and restaurant collateral in line with established brand guidelines. * Develop and maintain social media content calendars aligned with promotions, events, experiences, and commercial priorities. * Manage hotel and restaurant social media accounts, including publishing, community engagement, messages, comments, and guest enquiries. * Collaborate with Food and Beverage and operational teams to produce engaging visual content for digital and social media channels. * Assist in planning and coordinating professional photography and videography shoots for the hotel, restaurants, and campaigns. * Maintain an organized digital library of approved images, videos, artwork, templates, and marketing collateral. * Regularly update hotel and restaurant websites, ensuring all content, imagery, promotions, menus, and event details remain current. * Maintain accurate and consistent information across third\-party websites, online listings, directories, maps, and restaurant platforms. * Monitor and respond to guest reviews while tracking online sentiment and supporting the hotel’s e\-reputation. * Support media visits, influencer collaborations, hosted dining experiences, press reviews, and other promotional events. * Prepare performance reports and analyze website, social media, and campaign results to identify areas for improvement. * Conduct competitor and market benchmarking while supporting the tracking of marketing expenses, commitments, and budgets. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field. * Minimum 1\-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, communications, or content creation, preferably within luxury hospitality. * Strong copywriting, editing, and communication skills, with excellent command of written and spoken English. * Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, email marketing tools, and digital analytics; basic knowledge of SEO is desirable. * Experience in using design and editing tools considered an advantage.
