Roles & Responsibilities:
Job Descriptions:
* Perform accounts payable such as Payments, GR/IR, P2P Closing, Process invoice (matching, error, policy & tax regulation)
* Record exception case and report to the AP Manager
* Perform checking over vendor invoices for correctness and completeness per purchasing.
* Support and contributes to internal process optimization.
* Perform process improvement.
Work Location: Petaling Jaya, Malaysia
Availability: Full time
Requirements
Requirements :
* Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Admin
* 3 to 5 years in Account Payable in SSC or BPO
* Hands on with ERP such experience with SAP or S/4HANA is an added advantage
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
* Able to communicate in English & Mandarin (due to handling Mandarin speaker country)
