Production Supervisor

Manage manpower and shift activities effectively. Ensure proper machine operation and minimize downtime and wastage. Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Stores and Production Planning teams. Maintain production records and shift reports. Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping and 5S standards. Identify production issues and support corrective actions. Train and guide operators and workers. Support the Production Manager in achieving production and quality targets. Preferred candidate profile. Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. Freshers can apply.
