Production Planning & Logistics Manager

Job Title: Production Planning & Logistics Manager Company: Faurecia SAP Module: SAP EWM Roles & Responsibilities: Role & responsibilities * Ensure on-time customer deliveries and customer satisfaction. * Manage production planning and scheduling activities. * Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP/PIC). * Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS/PDP). * Coordinate production plans with Manufacturing and Operations teams. * Support successful launch of new programs. * Manage inbound and outbound logistics operations. * Ensure uninterrupted material availability. * Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock. * Coordinate transportation and warehouse activities. * Drive logistics cost optimization initiatives. * Manage relationships with logistics service providers and suppliers. Team Management * Lead the Plant PC&L team. * Define departmental objectives and KPIs. * Develop team capability through coaching and training. * Ensure adequate staffing and succession planning. Performance Management * Monitor logistics KPIs. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives. * Collaborate with Production, Quality, Purchasing and Manufacturing teams. * Resolve supply chain bottlenecks. * Improve delivery performance and inventory accuracy. Preferred candidate profile * Master's Degree in Engineering / Supply Chain / Operations Management * 2-3 years of experience in Automotive Manufacturing * Experience in Production Planning and Control * Strong Logistics & Warehouse Management experience * Experience in Material Planning * Customer Scheduling experience Key Skills: Warehouse Management Salary: INR 1.7e+06 - 2.5e+06 per yearly
