Job Title: Production Planning & Control (Soft toy) Company: MG SAP Module: SAP PP Roles & Responsibilities: About The Opportunity A leading manufacturer in the consumer goods sector, specializing in plush soft toys and licensed character merchandise, we blend creativity with precision operations to deliver high-quality products to global retailers and e-commerce platforms. Our production planning team ensures seamless alignment between design, sourcing, and manufacturing—transforming seasonal trends and IP licensing into scalable, on-time, and cost-efficient output. Role & Responsibilities * Develop and maintain master production schedules based on forecasted demand, inventory levels, and factory capacity. * Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and quality teams to ensure raw materials and components arrive just-in-time for production runs. * Monitor daily shop floor performance using KPIs like OTD, utilization rate, and scrap ratio; trigger corrective actions for variances. * Interface with design and marketing teams to align production timelines with new product launch schedules and promotional windows. * Optimize batch sizes and sequence planning to reduce changeover times and maximize machine efficiency. * Generate weekly production reports and dashboards for management review, highlighting risks, bottlenecks, and contingency plans.
