Job Title: Procurement Supply Systems and Data Manager Company: Milton Keynes University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust Job Category: SAP MM Roles & Responsibilities: Department Procurement Band 7 £49,387 \- £56,515 Per annum Hours: 37\.5 per week, all MKUH roles will be considered for flexible working An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Procurement and Supply Chain team at Milton Keynes University Hospital as our Procurement and Supply Systems and Data Manager. This key role will lead the governance, optimisation and continuous development of the Trust’s procurement, inventory, catalogue and supply systems, ensuring accurate data, effective controls and reliable processes. Working across Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Digital and clinical services, you will help advance MKUH’s digital transformation, operational resilience and the safe, efficient availability of goods and services. You will combine technical expertise with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, providing clear advice, training and leadership to colleagues across MKUH. This Band 7 post offers the opportunity to act as a Trust subject matter expert, lead system improvement projects and shape how digital procurement and supply services develop across the organisation. 'We care We communicate We collaborate We contribute' Interview 17 November 2026 We are unable to sponsor this role * To lead the management, governance, optimisation and continuous development of procurement, supply chain and inventory management systems, ensuring system integrity, data quality, catalogue governance, user adoption and compliance across the Trust. * To act as the Trust lead for Inventory Management Systems (IMS), eProcurement system configuration, catalogue management and procurement master data, supporting digital transformation, system development, operational efficiency and supply chain resilience. * To be responsible for system administration, data governance, access controls, implementation of new functionality, user training, audit compliance and the delivery of robust procurement system infrastructure. The role will support decision\-making by ensuring data is accurate, controlled and available, but will not duplicate the Procurement Analyst’s lead responsibility for commercial spend analysis, savings analysis or procurement performance interpretation. As a medium sized general hospital, we provide a full range of general medical and surgical services, including a busy Emergency Department, Maternity, and Paediatrics. As the population of our city and surrounding areas continues to grow rapidly, we are expanding and enhancing our facilities to meet rising demand and improve access to care for all our communities.
