Job Title: Logistics Coordinator Company: Samancor Job Category: SAP MM Roles & Responsibilities: Job Responsibilities: * Identify and assess level of continuous risk exposures in area of responsibility by considering exposures to business, financial, legal issues, people, equipment, material, environment, processes, etc. * Comply with SHEQ requirements (SHEQ Toolbox). Identify and assess level of continuous risk exposures in area of responsibility by considering exposures to business, financial, legal issues, people, equipment, material, environment, processes, etc. * Consider the level of risk, apply mitigation and implement control measures for residual risk (set objectives, minimum requirements, etc.) * Comply with SHEQ requirements (SHEQ Toolbox) * Utilise the Integrated Management System (IMS) to initiate, investigate and report SHEQ status * Maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure staffing goals are achieved. * Maintain the filing system for the despatch documentation for audit purposes and load monthly orders on MES * Communicate and reply to customer queries Work Location: Rustenburg, NW, South Africa Availability: Full time
