The company first started operations in 2001 and has since become a market leader for both engine overhaul and component repair services. As a result of sustained business growth, SAESL has continued to expand its facilities and develop new capabilities for both its engine overhaul and component repair businesses. The Engine Overhaul business has the capability to service all products in the Trent engine family, this includes Trent 500, Trent 700, Trent 800, Trent 900, Trent 1000 and Trent XWB; SAESL is the only Trent engine MRO that can support all product variants. The Engine Overhaul business has the capacity to repair and overhaul over 300 Trent engines per year and it is equipped with a state-of-the-art Engine Test Facility that supports our best-in-class engine turnaround times. Job Summary Support SAESL's HR transformation and talent development strategy by managing and continuously enhancing the SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management (PMGM) system. Drive effective system governance, user adoption and performance management processes while supporting structured career development initiatives. Partner with stakeholders to strengthen talent development practices, improve employee performance conversations and enable strategic workforce and talent management. Job Responsibilities Performance Management * Manage the end-to-end Performance Management process, including goal setting, mid-year and year-end reviews, calibration and performance reporting. * Administer the Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) process and provide advisory support to managers. * Maintain and continuously improve Performance Management policies, guidelines and processes. * Support system administration and enhancements for SAP SuccessFactors PMGM. * Analyse performance data and prepare reports and insights for management. * Develop and implement Career Planning frameworks and initiatives. * Partner with business units to identify career pathways and development opportunities. * Support talent review and align development interventions with career progression. Stakeholder Management * Provide advisory support to managers and employees on performance and career-related matters. * Conduct briefings and training on Performance Management and Career Planning processes. * Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other HR functions to drive talent initiatives. * Review HR processes and identify opportunities for automation and enhancement. * Support strategic Talent Development projects and transformation initiatives.
