Job Title: Ppic Officer Company: Meril SAP Module: SAP PP Roles & Responsibilities: Role & responsibilities Role Purpose To support the end-to-end sampling activities for the 360 IPS business by coordinating with Logistics, Production, Sales, Finance and Saksham Bharat to ensure timely sample planning and dispatch. Key Responsibilities * Collect and consolidate sample requirements from different teams. * Coordinate with Production for sample planning and preparation. * Track samples from requirement to dispatch and maintain status updates. * Coordinate with Dispatch/Logistics for timely sample movement. * Maintain sample trackers, records and basic MIS. * Follow up with relevant teams on pending samples and delays. * Support implementation of a standardized sampling process and SOP. * Ensure proper documentation and accuracy of sample details. * Escalate critical delays/issues to the reporting manager. * Work with a business-first and team-oriented approach. Work Location: Valsad, Vapi, Daman & Diu, India Availability: Full time

* Graduate in any discipline; preference for B.Com / BBA * Fresher or 3 years of experience in PPIC, operations or coordination. * Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office. * Good communication and follow-up skills. * Strong willingness to learn, ownership and attention to detail. * Ability to coordinate with multiple teams. Key Skills: Production Planning Salary: INR 350000 - 400000 per yearly
