* Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline. * 3 years of experience in Production Planning, Scheduling, Project Planning, or Manufacturing Operations. * Hands-on experience working with MRP/ERP systems and SAP PP/PS modules. * Exposure to SAP S/4HANA environment preferred. * Strong planning, coordination, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. * Candidates can be considered from diverse manufacturing industries and are not restricted to the steel industry.
