Job Title: PPC Manager (AC Industry) Company: Network of Research and Innovation Job Category: SAP PP Roles & Responsibilities: Job Title: PPC Manager Job Description Key Responsibilities * Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production plans. * Plan production as per customer orders and delivery schedules. * Ensure raw materials and components are available on time. * Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality and Dispatch teams. * Monitor daily production and compare actual output with planned targets. * Manage material shortages, WIP and inventory. * Plan machine capacity and manpower requirements. * Ensure timely completion and dispatch of customer orders. * Prepare daily production reports and MIS. * Use ERP/SAP for production and material planning. * Identify production problems and take corrective action. * Improve production planning and reduce material wastage. Industry: AC / HVAC Manufacturing Location: Manesar, Gurgaon Experience: 3 years Salary: Up to ₹10 LPA Job Type: Full\-time Requirements * 3 years of experience in PPC. * Experience in Automotive AC / HVAC / Auto Components manufacturing is preferred. * Knowledge of production planning, material planning and inventory management. * Good understanding of BOM, MRP and production scheduling. * Working knowledge of SAP PP/MM or other ERP systems. * Good coordination and team management skills. * Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical / Production Engineering.
