Job Title: Planning Specialist Company: GRUNDFOS Job Category: SAP PP Roles & Responsibilities: Job Role Description As our new Production Planning Specialist, you'll be driving production planning processes that ensure optimal resource utilization and on\-time delivery across our manufacturing operations. Your main responsibilities include: * Develop and maintain detailed production plans aligned with demand forecasts, capacity constraints, and inventory targets * Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure material availability and smooth production flow * Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively adjust plans to mitigate risks and delays * Analyze key planning KPIs such as schedule adherence, lead times, and inventory levels to drive continuous improvement * Collaborate with demand planners and sales teams to translate forecasts into actionable production schedules * Support S\&OP processes by providing accurate capacity and supply insights to leadership * A working environment built around your needs, with flexible hours, home working opportunities and parental support. * Annual bonuses, health insurance and a strong focus on well\-being activities. * Three days' additional paid leave for volunteering. * On\-demand training and structured development programmes to support your growth. * 3\+ years of experience in production planning, material planning, or supply chain planning within a manufacturing environment * Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel skills * Strong understanding of MRP/MPS concepts, capacity planning, and inventory management * Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field Valuing our differences helps us see possibilities where others can't.
