Job Title: Planificateur·trice de maintenance / Maintenance Planner Company: Jubilant Radiopharma Job Category: SAP PM Roles & Responsibilities: Maintenance Planner to support JHS and JDI operations in Kirkland. This is an opportunity to play an important role in the reliability of our equipment, critical utilities, and facilities within a regulated manufacturing environment. You will work across teams, coordinate a wide range of technical activities, and help shape how work is planned, prepared, and executed. In this role, you will: * Build and maintain an integrated preventive, predictive, corrective, and statutory maintenance schedule. * Turn maintenance needs into clear, execution\-ready job plans. * Coordinate priorities, resources, materials, contractors, permits, and facility access. * Play an important role in planning semi\-annual, annual, and other scheduled shutdowns. * Monitor preventive maintenance and calibration requirements using SAP/CMMS and BMRAM. * Partner closely with Operations, Quality, Validation, Engineering, HSE, Security, and other stakeholders. * Track backlog, schedule compliance, overdue work, and maintenance KPIs to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. * Help coordinate contractors, spare parts, external services, and critical facility activities. Jubilant Radiopharma is looking for an experienced * A college diploma or technical degree in industrial maintenance, electromechanics, building mechanics, mechanical or electrical engineering technology, facility management, or a related discipline. * At least 5 years of relevant maintenance or facility\-planning experience. * Strong organizational skills and the ability to keep multiple priorities moving. * Experience working with CMMS systems; knowledge of SAP PM and BMRAM is a strong asset. * An understanding of building systems, utilities, and maintenance operations. * A proactive, collaborative, and solutions\-focused approach. * Functional bilingualism in French and English. * Experience in pharmaceutical, radiopharmaceutical, biotechnology, food, chemical, or another regulated manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
