The ideal candidate should be technically strong, data\-driven, and capable of independently optimizing and scaling campaigns. • Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta \& Google Ads campaigns for app installs, purchases, and subscriptions.. • Monitor and improve CPI, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPM, CVR, ROAS, LTV, and retention.. • Develop and execute scaling strategies while maintaining target CPA/ROAS.. • Work with Creative \& Content teams to develop high\-performing ad creatives and new growth angles.. • Manage tracking, attribution, events, UTM parameters, and deep links.. • Ability to manage multiple apps and campaigns. Work Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India Availability: Full time
