Performance Marketer

Job Title: Performance Marketer Company: Sky Vibe group Job Category: Digital Marketing Roles & Responsibilities: Job Description – Performance Marketer Key Responsibilities * Plan, run, and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads for real estate properties and projects. Run property lead-generation campaigns for apartments, villas, plots, commercial properties, and project launches. * Create and manage recruitment/hiring ads for different positions across the company. Run brand awareness, promotional, event, and other business-related campaigns as required. * Identify the right target audience based on location, age, interests, profession, and requirements. Manage campaign budgets and optimize ads to achieve better lead quality and lower CPL. * Test different ad creatives, copy, audiences, and campaigns to improve performance. * Monitor daily performance including leads, CPL, CPC, CTR, conversions, and ad spend. Track and analyze the quality of leads received and coordinate with the Sales and HR teams. * Manage Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, lead forms, landing pages, and basic analytics. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly campaign performance reports. * Identify underperforming campaigns and make necessary changes to improve results. Stay updated with new digital advertising trends, tools, and campaign strategies. * Hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. Experience in lead generation and performance marketing. * Good understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and campaign optimization. * Analytical and data-driven approach. * Good communication and coordination skills. * Real estate digital marketing experience will be an added advantage. * Candidate should be capable of independently handling digital campaigns from campaign setup to lead generation, tracking, optimization, and reporting.
