This is a high-visibility Supply Chain Planning role focused on planning excellence, distribution optimization, inventory management, and stakeholder collaboration across functions. Key Requirements. 4-7 years of experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Production Planning, Distribution Planning, Material Planning, or Inventory Planning. Strong preference for candidates from the FMCG industry. MBA in Supply Chain/Operations from a reputed institute preferred. Hands-on, analytical, and execution-focused mindset. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration experience. Key Responsibilities. Production Scheduling and Supply Planning. Raw Material & Packaging Material Planning. Inventory Management and Stock Optimization. Distribution & Replenishment Planning. Organized Trade and E-commerce Planning. Supply Chain Process Improvement Initiatives. Automation and Digitization Projects. Collaboration with Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Sales Teams. Driving service levels and order fill rates across channels.
