Sitting within our diverse People team, you’ll be the go-to expert for a selection of People systems, driving improvements that make life easier for our key stakeholders and people, strengthen our processes and support in enabling smarter business decisions. Working closely with People, Payroll, Digital Business Technology and business leaders, you’ll identify, investigate and play a key role in the facilitation of system enhancements, integrations and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring our technology keeps pace with changing business needs. From identifying opportunities for automation to strengthening data governance and reporting, you’ll connect the dots between technology, people and performance.
