Job Title: People Solutions Specialist (f/m/x) - Employee Lifecycle Services Company: Webasto Group Job Category: SAP HCM Roles & Responsibilities: * Execute employee lifecycle transactions including hires, transfers, promotions, organizational changes and terminations. * Maintain employee master data and organizational information in SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors \& ADP. * Prepare standard PO documentation and employee records. * Process employee requests received through the global ticketing platform. * Perform data validation and quality checks. * Collaborate with regional PO teams to resolve administrative requests. * Support continuous process improvement initiatives. Work Location: Pune District, Maharashtra, India Availability: Full time

We bring joy to mobility – are you in? * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. * Proven experience in PO Administration or a Shared Services environment. * Experience working with SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors and/or ADP. * Very strong English communication skills (written and spoken) and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. * Customer\-focused, collaborative and process\-oriented mindset, with a commitment to continuous improvement. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality and data quality. * Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. * Willingness to adapt working hours to the US time zone.
