Overview We are a newly established People Services team based in Kuala Lumpur, strengthening our capabilities across Payroll, Employee Lifecycle (ELC), Learning & Development (L&D), Talent Acquisition (TA), and Compensation & Reward. As part of a phased transformation journey, we are supporting the transition of selected activities across the organization. Our objective is to build a centralized hub that delivers efficient, consistent, and virtual HR services on a global scale. YOUR ROLE Main Goals * Ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day Payroll/HR operations * Provide support and advice to employees and managers on a wide range of Payroll/HR related issues * Keep in mind the company's strategy, values and targets when helping employees Accountability And Responsibilities * Respond to employee inquiries and concerns, providing accurate and timely information, advice and assistance * Assist employees with payroll related processes and procedures * Manage end to end payroll processing for assigned countries, including bank files, reporting, payslip and statutory handling * Manage statutory requirement including data collection, calculation and statutory lodgment (forms and payment) on timely basis * Ensuring accuracy and timeliness in payroll deadlines and reporting to government agencies * Communicate with CoEs and other departments within the organization to ensure that employee inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and appropriate manner * Provide training and guidance to employees on Payroll/HR-related topics * Participate in projects and initiatives to improve the overall employee experience * Assist with various Payroll processes, such as onboarding, terminations, and compliance * Develop and monitor SLAs and associated measurements * Provide input for continuous improvement in processes and payroll flow * Keep developing knowledge about Payroll/HR best practices as well as about important laws and regulations Work Location: Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Availability: Full time

Experience Requirements YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES * 6+ years in Payroll, HR, business, administration or related field * Proven experience in completing end to end payroll processing, ideally in HR Shared Services industry * Experienced in handling payroll system, preferably SAP Payroll * Extensive knowledge of Microsoft excel and office * English business proficiency * Experience in constructively collaborating with internal stakeholders Knowledge And Skills Requirements Key Skills: Payroll Salary: Not disclosed
