Your Role, Your Impact * Ensure scalability and accuracy in HR data management using SAP HR and SuccessFactors systems. * Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Shared Services to streamline employee lifecycle processes. * Maintain reliability in payroll and benefits administration through compliance with internal and statutory standards. * Drive innovation by identifying automation opportunities in HR workflows and reporting. * Promote knowledge sharing by developing process documentation and conducting training sessions for HR teams. What You Bring * Proficiency in HRIS tools such as SAP HR, SuccessFactors, or Workday. * Strong understanding of HR operations, including onboarding, payroll, and compliance. * Ability to analyze and optimize HR processes using Lean or Six Sigma principles. * Experience in managing employee data integrity and reporting accuracy. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams.
