The Associate is responsible for daily management of accounts payable in accordance with the SOP, control and compliance in place. This position reports to the Team Manager and part of Pall Center for Financial Services (CFS) located in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To * To manage the end to end of accounts payable process which includes vendor master, invoice processing, payment run processing, month end task, GRIR and other AP tasks * To understand the accounts payable policies, procedures and process flows * To work closely with local finance team on account payables process, initiate process improvements and streamlining the process * Managing ad hoc assignments Work Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia Availability: Full time

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include * Candidate with a higher qualification or professional qualification in either Accounting or Finance * A minimum of 2 years’ work experience in accounts payable is required preferably within Shared Services operation * Good knowledge of ERP system, SAP and Microsoft Office * Preferred candidate with communication skills in either Japan, Korea or Italy language Key Skills: Accounts Payable Salary: Not disclosed
