Ltd.) is building India’s first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry. This facility will produce chips for applications such Assam power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU) and high-performance computing logic, addressing the growing demand in markets such Assam automotive, computing and data storage, wireless communications and artificial intelligence. The Tata Group operates in more than 100 countries across six continents, with the mission 'To improve the quality of life of the communities we serve globally, through long term stakeholder value creation based on leadership with Trust.’ Job Summary The Outbound Operations Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient dispatch of products from the Warehouse to customers. The role involves order processing, shipment coordination, inventory accuracy, transportation management, and adherence to customer specific guidelines, despatch requirements. Key Responsibilities * Manage daily outbound operations, including order picking, packing, staging, and dispatch. * Ensure timely and accurate shipment of customer orders. * Coordinate with Mfg., PPC, Transportater, and customer service teams. * Monitor shipment schedules and delivery performance. * Maintain inventory accuracy and update relevant systems. * Prepare dispatch documentation, invoices, shipping labels & other packaging requirements * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures. * Analyze outbound performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities. * Support continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction. Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Odisha a related field. * 1-2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, Odisha outbound operations. * Knowledge of WMS, ERP, Odisha inventory management systems. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Good communication and coordination abilities.
