Outbound Executive

Job Title: Outbound Executive Company: ROCKWOOL Group SAP Module: SAP MM Roles & Responsibilities: * Inventory Accuracy * Warehouse Operations Management * Material Receipt & Dispatch * On-Time In-Full (OTIF) Delivery * SAP Warehouse Transactions & WMS * Stock Verification & FIFO Compliance * Safety, 5S & Housekeeping * Team Coordination & Contract Labour Management * Customer Service & Cross Functional Coordination * undefined * Key Responsibilities & Job Content * Coordinate day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure smooth material flow. * Monitor inventory accuracy through daily stock verification and cycle counting. * Ensure proper receipt, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of materials. * Follow FIFO/FEFO principles and maintain inventory traceability. * Process warehouse transactions accurately in SAP (MM/WMS). * Prepare daily, weekly and monthly warehouse MIS reports. * Verify customer orders and coordinate dispatch as per delivery schedule. * Monitor material picking and ensure correct material is dispatched. * Coordinate with Production, Planning, Procurement, Quality and Logistics teams. * Ensure timely GRN, stock posting and inventory reconciliation. * Maintain warehouse layout, storage locations and material identification. * Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs, ISO procedures and company policies. * Maintain 5S standards and good housekeeping within the warehouse. * Ensure safe material handling practices and compliance with EHS requirements. * Supervise contract labour and optimize manpower utilization. * Support internal and external audits by maintaining required records. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve warehouse productivity and efficiency.
