Key Responsibilities. Lead and manage large scale SAP transformation and implementation programs from initiation through deployment and stabilization. Define program strategy roadmap objectives scope timelines milestones deliverables and success criteria. Manage end to end SAP programs involving SAP S4HANA SAP ECC SAP BTP SAP Fiori SAP Analytics SAP SuccessFactors SAP Ariba SAP IBP SAP EWM SAP TM SAP MM SAP SD SAP PP SAP FICO SAP QM and other SAP solutions. Coordinate multiple SAP workstreams and ensure alignment between functional technical integration infrastructure security data testing and business teams. Establish program governance operating models reporting structures escalation mechanisms and performance management processes. Manage program budgets resource planning capacity financial tracking forecasts and cost optimization. Drive program planning execution monitoring risk management issue resolution and dependency management. Ensure delivery of SAP programs within agreed scope timeline budget quality and business objectives. Manage relationships with senior business stakeholders executive leadership SAP teams system integrators implementation partners and third party vendors. Provide regular program status updates executive dashboards steering committee presentations milestone reports financial reports risk reports and delivery metrics. Identify program risks dependencies and critical issues and drive timely mitigation and resolution. Lead change management activities and ensure effective business adoption of SAP solutions. Oversee SAP implementation methodologies including Activate Agile Waterfall hybrid delivery models and organizational change management. Manage global SAP rollouts template deployments acquisitions divestitures system consolidations upgrades migrations and transformation initiatives. Ensure effective integration between SAP and external applications legacy systems cloud platforms middleware and enterprise technologies. Drive data migration strategy testing strategy cutover planning deployment readiness hypercare and stabilization activities. Ensure appropriate quality assurance testing governance defect management release management and production readiness. Establish and maintain program level standards processes templates controls and documentation. Lead cross functional and geographically distributed teams and create a collaborative delivery environment. Manage external vendors and system integrators including contracts deliverables service levels performance and commercial governance. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve SAP delivery quality operational efficiency automation and business value. Ensure compliance with organizational policies security standards audit requirements SAP best practices and regulatory requirements. Support business case development solution evaluation strategic planning and technology roadmap decisions. Required Skills. 15+ years of overall experience with significant experience in SAP program and project management. Strong experience managing complex SAP implementation transformation migration rollout and support programs. Strong understanding of SAP S4HANA and SAP enterprise architecture. Experience across multiple SAP functional and technical areas. Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and SAP implementation lifecycle. Experience managing global programs involving multiple countries business units and stakeholders. Strong program governance PMO financial management risk management and delivery management experience. Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Experience working with system integrators SAP partners third party vendors and internal technology teams. Strong understanding of integration data migration testing cutover release management and change management. Experience with Agile Waterfall and hybrid project management methodologies. Strong analytical problem solving negotiation and decision making skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex dependencies in a high pressure environment. Strong knowledge of program management tools reporting dashboards and project management frameworks. Preferred Qualifications. Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering Business Administration or a related discipline. PMP PRINCE2 SAFe Scrum Master or equivalent program management certification. SAP Activate certification or relevant SAP certifications. Experience leading SAP S4HANA transformation programs. Experience with SAP cloud and BTP initiatives. Experience managing large global teams and multi vendor delivery models.
