OTC_Order To Cash with Salesforce

This Order to Cash (OTC) / Order Management Consultant role at Deloitte Consulting involves managing and supporting end-to-end Order to Cash and Quote to Cash business processes. You will work closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Customer Success teams to streamline order management activities. Daily responsibilities include configuring, maintaining, and supporting Salesforce (SFDC) applications related to order processing, quoting, and customer management, analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional solutions, monitoring order processing workflows, and identifying bottlenecks. You will ensure accurate order entry, validation, fulfillment tracking, invoicing support, and revenue-related processes. The role requires preparing functional documentation, process flows, user guides, supporting UAT and system enhancements, and generating reports to track OTC performance metrics. The position offers cab facility and shift allowances for US shift.

The ideal candidate must have 2-5 years of experience in Order to Cash, Order Management, or Quote to Cash processes with hands-on experience in Salesforce (SFDC). Strong understanding of sales operations, order lifecycle management, invoicing, and customer onboarding processes is required. Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud is preferred. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential. Any graduate degree is acceptable.
