Job Title: Organization Change Management (OCM) Practice Company: Accenture Job Category: SAP SUCCESSFACTORS LMS Roles & Responsibilities: ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking a self\-driven and detail\-oriented Senior Consultant with 2 years of experience in organizational change management. The ideal candidate will support and execute change initiatives across client engagements — helping organizations adopt new processes, technologies, and ways of working. This role is well\-suited for a consultant who is ready to take ownership of workstreams, build stakeholder relationships, and help Organizations in their transformation journey. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support the planning and execution of change management strategies across mid\-to\-large transformation programs for Cloud ERP Implementations (Preferably Oracle / SAP / Microsoft) Develop and distribute change communications — including newsletters, FAQs, leadership messages, and intranet updates. Coordinate change champion networks and facilitate regular touchpoints to sustain engagement across business units. Track and report on change KPIs, adoption metrics, and resistance patterns to program leads. Build and maintain strong working relationships with mid\-level client stakeholders across business and technology functions. Support the development of training materials — including quick reference guides, e\-learning modules, and facilitation guides — aligned to program timelines. Coordinate training logistics: scheduling, participant tracking, venue or virtual setup, and post\-training feedback collection. Maintain training trackers and learning management system (LMS) records to ensure accurate reporting. Manage assigned change workstreams with limited supervision, escalating risks and issues in a timely manner. Contribute to the development of change toolkits, templates, and playbooks for internal reuse across the practice. Participate in post\-implementation reviews and document lessons learned for continuous improvement. Working knowledge of ADKAR or PROSCI change management methodology. Exposure to digital transformation, Cloud ERP implementation, or supply chain change programs is an advantage. Proficient in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel); familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet). Collaborative team player with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines. Work Location: Bengaluru, India Availability: Full time

Conduct stakeholder mapping, impact assessments, and readiness surveys to track adoption progress. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline; Business, Finance or Supply Chain preferred.
