Responsibilities:. Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide expert guidance on implementing Oracle HCM solutions. Design, configure, and implement Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Performance Management. Analyze and troubleshoot system issues, providing timely and effective resolutions. Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing to ensure successful implementation and user adoption. Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirements, design documents, and test scripts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to deliver high-quality solutions. Stay up-to-date with Oracle HCM product updates and industry trends to provide best-in-class solutions to clients. Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle HCM modules. Participate in project planning and estimation activities. Qualifications:. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Oracle HCM modules. Strong understanding of HR business processes and best practices. Proven experience in designing, configuring, and implementing Oracle HCM solutions. In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Performance Management. Experience with data conversion, interfaces, and reporting tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Oracle HCM certification is a plus.
