This role is responsible for coordinating and supporting day to day Contract Logistics operations in Saudi Arabia, ensuring customer orders, warehouse activities, inventory movements and related logistics services are completed accurately, safely and within agreed service levels. The role supports the end-to-end operational flow from inbound receiving and inventory management through order fulfilment, dispatch and delivery coordination, while maintaining accurate system records, documentation and operational reporting. Essential Functions:. Coordinate daily inbound and outbound Contract Logistics activities based on customer requirements. Monitor receiving, put away, picking, packing, staging and dispatch activities to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time. Coordinate customer orders and monitor fulfilment through to delivery. Maintain accurate inventory records and support cycle counts, stock reconciliation and investigation of discrepancies. Coordinate with transport providers for collections, deliveries and shipment status updates. Ensure operational transactions, customer orders and inventory movements are accurately recorded in WMS or other relevant systems.
