Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain
Machine Learning and statistical models
for business and marketing use cases.
* Work on
propensity modelling, customer analytics, segmentation and sentiment analysis
.
* Perform
data analysis, feature engineering, model development,
validation and performance evaluation.
* Translate business problems into
data\-driven solutions and strategies
that contribute to client growth.
* Work with large customer datasets and
Customer Data Platforms (CDP)
.
* Present insights
and recommendations to clients and
senior stakeholders.
Work Location: Pune District, Maharashtra, India
Availability: Full time
Requirements
* Strong
Python \& SQL
skills.
* 3\-5 Years of Total Experience
* Strong understanding of
Statistics, Data Analysis and Machine Learning
.
* Hands\-on experience with
BigQuery, Google Cloud Storage (GCS), VertexAI
.
* Knowledge of
Customer Data Platforms (CDP)
.
* Good proficiency in
MS Excel
.
* Strong analytical, problem\-solving and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively with
clients and cross\-functional teams
.
* Strong
stakeholder management
and client\-facing experience.
* Ability to build
data\-driven strategies
and identify business growth opportunities.
* Strong team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Working knowledge of
LLMs / Generative AI
and NLP.
* Experience with
Treasure Data CDP
.
* Experience in
Marketing / Customer Analytics
.
* Automotive
domain experience.
