Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer(Foundry) Company: Sanmar Matrix Metals Limited Job Category: SAP PM Roles & Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: 2.Monitor daily machine check sheets and identify, analyze, and address any deviations. 3. Improve equipment reliability and performance through timely rectification and continuous monitoring of electrical failures across the plant. 4. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for all mechanical breakdowns using standard problem-solving tools and implement corrective and preventive actions within the defined target timelines. 5.Initiate and drive improvement projects aimed at reducing mechanical failures, monitor their effectiveness, and sustain improvements through training and skill development of subordinates. 11.Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment availability, reliability, productivity, and energy efficiency across the plant.
