To support our growth and strengthen our community presence, we are seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand awareness in the waste management sector. Role Overview This is a full‑time position responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating marketing strategies that promote our services, engage customers, and support sustainable practices. The role suits someone creative, analytical, and results‑driven, with the ability to manage campaigns, digital platforms, and stakeholder communications. Job Duties * Researches market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies. * Develops and implements marketing campaigns to promote waste management and recycling services. * Creates and manages digital content across websites, social media, and online advertising platforms. * Plans and coordinates promotional events, community engagement activities, and sponsorships. * Analyzes campaign performance and prepares reports on marketing effectiveness. * Identifies opportunities for brand positioning and service differentiation in the market. * Liaises with management, franchise partners, and external agencies to align marketing initiatives. * Prepares marketing budgets and monitors expenditure against planned activities. * Ensures all marketing materials comply with company standards and environmental regulations. * Provides input into product/service development based on customer feedback and market research. * Manages public relations activities, including press releases and media engagement. * Contributes to long‑term strategic planning for brand growth and market expansion. * Full‑time, stable role in a growing waste management company. * Opportunity to shape brand presence and community impact. * Collaborative team environment with strong leadership support. * Competitive salary package with career growth pathways.
