This internship offers hands\-on experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, and brand development within the fragrance industry. Job Responsibilities * Social Media Management: Assist in managing Overdott’s social media platforms, including scheduling posts, updating profiles, and maintaining daily social media activities. * Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging content, including photos, short\-form videos, captions, and promotional materials for Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms. * Campaign \& Product Launches: Support the marketing team in preparing content for product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand events. * Customer Service \& Community Engagement: Assist in responding to comments, direct messages, and customer enquiries professionally. * On\-Site Content Creation: Participate in photoshoots, events, product launches, and other company activities to capture photos and videos for social media. * Performance Monitoring: Assist in tracking social media engagement, audience growth, and content performance. * Brand Consistency: Ensure all content follows Overdott’s brand identity, visual guidelines, and tone of voice. * Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media, fragrance, beauty, and lifestyle trends, and contribute fresh content ideas. * Other Duties: Perform any other reasonable social media, marketing, or administrative tasks assigned by the Company. Requirements * Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Business, or a related field. * Available for an internship period of 3 to 6 months. * Creative, proactive, and willing to learn. * Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and current social media trends. * Basic knowledge of content creation, photography, or video editing is an advantage. * Good communication and teamwork skills. * Interest in fragrance, beauty, and lifestyle brands is a plus. Key Skills: Digital Marketing Salary: MYR 700 - 1000 per monthly
