Marketing Specialist

We began operations back to the year 2013 and have now developed an experienced professional team looking after in\-house production lines for sales design, procurement, construction, and customer service under our Senior Leadership Team with more than 25 years of local residential construction industry expertise. We are passionate about delivering quality home design and building quality homes to local and overseas clients. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement marketing plans and brand strategies to promote the company's building and construction services, attract potential clients and support business growth. * Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify target markets, understand industry trends and identify new business opportunities in the building and construction industry. * Analyse market demand, competitor pricing and customer preferences to recommend suitable pricing strategies for the company’s building and construction services. * Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across the company's website, search engines, social media and online advertising platforms. * Develop and manage promotional campaigns to generate business enquiries and increase awareness of the company’s services. * Work with management and project teams to identify new business opportunities and prepare marketing materials including company profiles, project brochures, case studies, capability statements, presentations and advertisements for client proposals and project tenders. * Develop and manage project promotion initiatives to showcase completed construction projects, demonstrate the company's capabilities and support future business opportunities. * Coordinate participation in industry exhibitions, networking events and promotional activities. * Oversee the company's website and social media content to ensure information is accurate, up to date and consistent with the company's brand, implement search engine optimisation (SEO) and content strategies to improve online visibility and attract potential clients. * Monitor campaign performance, website traffic and customer enquiries, and recommend improvements. * Collaborate with leading architects, designers, and builders, gaining valuable industry experience. * Be part of a growing company. Qualifications and Skills * A qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field. * Experience in marketing in relevant industry. * Strong written communication, content creation and organisational skills. * Experience with social media management, digital advertising, SEO and website content management. * Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with internal teams and external suppliers.
