Job Title: Marketing Professional Company: Cybic Technologies Job Category: Digital Marketing Roles & Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities * Manage and optimise marketing funnels to improve customer engagement and conversion. * Plan and execute lead nurturing campaigns, communication journeys, and follow-up strategies. * Develop and optimise WhatsApp-based engagement and conversion initiatives. * Plan and manage webinar, event, and digital engagement campaigns. * Identify opportunities for referral programmes, partnerships, and new customer acquisition channels. * Monitor campaign performance, analyse funnel drop-offs, and recommend improvements. * Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation experiments. * Coordinate with content, creative, CRM, analytics, and external agency teams. * Track key performance metrics, including engagement, conversion rates, lead quality, and revenue contribution. * Identify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency and overall business growth. * 0-1 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRM marketing, performance marketing, or funnel management. * Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels and conversion optimisation. * Experience in lead nurturing, lifecycle journeys, and marketing automation. * Good understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, landing pages, and conversion rate optimisation. * Working knowledge of CRM systems and WhatsApp marketing. * Ability to analyse campaign data and identify actionable insights. * Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills. The ideal candidate is commercially focused, analytical, proactive, and hands-on, with the ability to manage marketing initiatives from planning and execution through measurement and optimisation.
