Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist Company: DIVI INFRA DEVELOPERS Job Category: Digital Marketing Roles & Responsibilities: * Instagram Management: Manage our Instagram page, create engaging posts, reels, stories, and grow followers organically. * Paid Advertising: Plan, launch, and manage Facebook and Instagram (Meta) Ads campaigns. * Lead Generation: Generate high-quality leads for residential plots and real estate projects. * Campaign Optimization: Monitor ad performance, control advertising costs, and improve lead quality and conversion rates. * Content Creation: Create attractive real estate creatives, promotional videos, reels, and project advertisements. * Digital Strategy: Develop marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, enquiries, site visits, and sales opportunities. * Lead Tracking: Maintain lead databases, monitor campaign results, and prepare regular performance reports. * Coordination: Work closely with the sales team to track leads and improve conversions. * Strong knowledge of Instagram and Facebook marketing. * Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and paid campaigns. * Proven ability to generate leads through digital advertising. * Knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, campaign budgeting, and ad optimization. * Basic graphic design and video editing skills using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools. * Understanding of Google Ads and Google Analytics is an added advantage. * Good communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
