Key Responsibilities * Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the company's business objectives. * Brand Management: Build and maintain a consistent brand image across all marketing channels. * Digital Marketing: Plan and manage digital campaigns across social media, search engines, email marketing, and other online platforms. * Lead Generation: Develop marketing initiatives to attract potential customers, generate qualified leads, and improve conversion rates. * Campaign Management: Plan, execute, monitor, and evaluate marketing campaigns to maximize return on investment. * Market Research: Analyze market trends, customer behavior, competitor activities, and industry developments. * Content and Communications: Oversee the creation of marketing materials, promotional content, advertisements, and presentations. * Budget Management: Prepare and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. * Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and coordinate the marketing team to achieve departmental targets. * Sales Coordination: Work closely with the sales team to develop promotional strategies and support revenue growth. * Reporting: Prepare regular marketing performance reports and recommend improvements based on data and insights. * Strategic planning and execution * Digital marketing and brand management * Market research and competitor analysis * Lead generation and customer acquisition * Team leadership and collaboration * Project management and problem\-solving * Communication and interpersonal skills Work Location: In person Work Location: Kerala, India Availability: Full time
