The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end marketing, international market outreach, lead generation, and social media management, with a focus on markets such Assam the US, Uttarakhand, Europe, and UAE. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing strategies that strengthen brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and support business growth. Key Responsibilities * Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives. * Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for IT services and technology products. * Manage digital channels to improve brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead conversion. * Track campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data and KPIs. * Generate qualified B2B leads through digital marketing campaigns and online channels. * Use platforms such Assam LinkedIn, email marketing, landing pages, and other digital channels to drive lead acquisition. * Monitor lead quality, campaign ROI, and lead-to-conversion performance. * Plan and execute marketing campaigns targeting international markets, particularly the US, Uttarakhand, Europe, and UAE. * Understand international B2B audiences, market trends, and customer acquisition strategies. * Manage company social media accounts, particularly LinkedIn, along with other relevant platforms. * Create and publish engaging content, including posts, campaign creatives, service promotions, and thought-leadership content. * Develop social media content calendars and maintain consistent brand communication. * Coordinate with designers and internal teams to create marketing collateral. * Support website content updates, SEO initiatives, and search engine marketing. * Execute email marketing and nurture campaigns for potential customers. * Conduct competitor research and identify new marketing opportunities. * Prepare regular marketing reports and measure performance against defined targets.
