The role covers managing campaigns across digital and offline channels, leading a small team, and working closely with Sales and Management to generate quality leads and build a strong brand. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute marketing strategies and annual plans aligned with business goals * Plan and manage digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing * Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and consistency across all channels * Generate and nurture leads in coordination with the Sales team * Manage the marketing budget and track ROI on all campaigns * Analyse campaign performance and report insights to leadership * Lead and mentor the marketing team, including designers, content writers, and executives * Manage agencies, vendors, and freelancers * Plan events, promotions, and local market activities in Kerala * Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities Work Location: In person Work Location: Kerala, India Availability: Full time
