This is a role for an eCommerce specialist who understands how to grow a premium brand online without cheapening it. You'll own the site, the customer journey and retention, and set direction on paid media, while the brand and social specialists already in the team keep ownership of their areas with you leading and developing them. \- Leading and developing a small team: Brand Communications Manager, part\-time Social Media Manager and eCommerce Coordinator \- Working closely with the founder, leadership team and Head of Operations on strategy and commercial priorities \- Experience leading and developing a team Work Location: Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia Availability: Full time

\- Senior eCommerce or digital marketing experience in a brand\-led business, ideally premium homewares, interiors, furniture or lifestyle \- $130k–$180k plus super depending on experience \- Simple process: an initial call, then one or two interviews Key Skills: Digital Marketing Salary: $130
